Accident investigations can be arduous, therefore, the earlier the appointment to arrive at site and assess the situation, is the most effective route.
Once the conclusion and recovery has been co-ordinated the costs can be minimised. If the HSE are involved, then the offer of continuous support is available to assist my client through various difficult questioning and processing. The HSE are carrying out a function and sometimes having likeminded support will ease the situation and give you peace of mind that it is being resolved.
